Stephen G. Clayton, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, started recording music as part of the band Meeky Rosie. Stephen returned to song writing, in part, as a response to lockdown, soon gaining radio play on BBC Radio 6 Music and gratefully receiving glowing reviews from a number of blogs. Influenced by, among others,  Sufjan Stevens, Elliot Smith, Mogwai, Sparklehorse, & Laura Veirs, his songs are intimate but expansive. Stephen is originally from Cornwall but now lives near Exeter, UK.  His fifth release, the double single Punchline / My Accident, featuring regular collaborator Knight-Malciak, is released on 21st March 2022.
